Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions, "Peptidewinkel", "we", "us" or "our" refers to the webshop offering research-grade peptides via peptidewinkel.com. "Customer" means any natural person or legal entity aged 18 or older placing an order for research purposes.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Peptidewinkel and the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and confirms that the peptides are purchased exclusively for research purposes.
3. Research-only use
All peptides supplied by Peptidewinkel are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and are not intended for human or animal consumption, or for the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any condition. The customer declares to be aware of this and accepts full responsibility for the use of the products.
4. Offers and prices
All offers are without obligation and valid while stocks last. Prices are stated in euros, including VAT where applicable and excluding shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
5. Ordering and payment
An agreement is formed upon confirmation of the order by email. Payment in advance via iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, cryptocurrency or bank transfer (on request). In case of late payment, the order may be cancelled.
6. Delivery
We ship exclusively within the European Union. Stated delivery times are indicative; exceeding them does not give rise to any right to compensation or dissolution. Temperature-sensitive peptides are shipped refrigerated if selected during checkout.
7. Right of withdrawal
Due to the nature of the products (research-grade, cold-sensitive), the right of withdrawal is limited. Unopened, non-refrigerated products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days after consultation. See our return policy.
8. Liability
Peptidewinkel is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of supplied peptides outside the research context. Liability is in all cases limited to the purchase amount of the relevant order.
9. Intellectual property
All content on peptidewinkel.com, including texts, images, logos and lab reports, is the property of Peptidewinkel. Reuse without written permission is not permitted.
10. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
