Shipping within the EU

We ship exclusively from and within the European Union. Orders placed before 12:00 on business days are shipped the same day via tracked shipment.

• Belgium / Germany: 2-3 business days — from € 7.95
• Rest of EU: 3-5 business days — from € 12.50
• Free shipping from € 150.–
• Discreet, neutral outer packaging — no mention of contents or brand
• Refrigerated transit option available for temperature-sensitive peptides

Track & trace

After shipment you will receive an email with a track & trace code allowing you to follow your order until delivery.

Returns

Due to the nature of research-grade peptides (sterile, lyophilised, often cold-sensitive), returns are in principle not possible. However, you can return products within 14 days of receipt provided they:

• Are unopened and unused
• Have not been refrigerated
• Are in their original, undamaged packaging
• Are accompanied by the order number

Return procedure

1. Register your return via info@peptidewinkel.com.
2. You will receive instructions and the return address.
3. Send the package within 14 days of registration (return shipping costs are borne by the customer).
4. After receipt and inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Defective or incorrect delivery

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Take photos within 48 hours and email them to info@peptidewinkel.com. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
