The Ultimate Starter Kit is the most complete entry-level bundle for peptide research. This kit combines three complementary peptides in one protocol: BPC-157 for local tissue repair, CJC-1295 for growth hormone pulse prolongation, and Ipamorelin for selective GH release. As a result, the BPC-157 CJC-1295 Ipamorelin bundle covers both repair and growth hormone optimization simultaneously.

Moreover, this triple stack offers something that single peptide kits cannot: synergy across multiple biological signaling pathways simultaneously. Repair peptides such as BPC-157 promote angiogenesis, integrin-mediated extracellular matrix remodeling, and fibroblast activation. At the same time, growth hormone secretagogues such as CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin activate the IGF-1 signaling pathway and satellite cell repair. Together, they make the Ultimate Starter Kit the most versatile research protocol for beginners.

Ultimate Starter Kit — BPC-157 CJC-1295 Ipamorelin Bundle

What Makes the Ultimate Starter Kit Unique?

Most peptide research protocols focus on a single goal: either repair or growth hormone optimization. The Ultimate Starter Kit breaks that pattern. That is why advanced beginners specifically choose this three-peptide combination. BPC-157 addresses local and peripheral damage. CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin act systemically on the pituitary and hypothalamic pathways. This creates coverage at multiple levels simultaneously.

Specifically, this means that BPC-157 supports site-level repair processes, while the growth hormone duo modulates systemic anabolic signaling, body composition, and sleep quality. Moreover, the growth hormone peptides indirectly enhance the repair process of BPC-157 — because elevated IGF-1 levels also promote tissue repair and collagen synthesis.

BPC-157: Local Tissue Repair and Angiogenesis

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound 157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a protein sequence in human gastric juice. In preclinical models, it modulates multiple repair pathways simultaneously. For instance, BPC-157 stimulates angiogenesis via VEGF upregulation, modulates nitric oxide synthase activity, and regulates the extracellular matrix through fibroblast activation.

For tendon and ligament repair, the results are particularly consistent. Research shows that BPC-157 promotes tenocyte proliferation and improves extracellular matrix synthesis. Consequently, the tensile strength and collagen organization of repaired tissue demonstrably increase. Furthermore, BPC-157 promotes tendon outgrowth, cell survival, and cell migration — all three being key processes in tissue repair following injury.

Moreover, scientists are also investigating BPC-157 outside the musculoskeletal system. For example, research shows protective effects on the intestinal wall, gastric mucosa, and the central nervous system. This makes BPC-157 a versatile recovery compound in the Ultimate Starter Kit.

What Are Scientists Researching with BPC-157?

  • Repair of tendons, ligaments, and muscle tissue via VEGF upregulation and fibroblast activation
  • Angiogenesis at the site of injury — stimulation of new blood vessel formation
  • Nitric oxide signal modulation for local anti-inflammation
  • Protection of the intestinal wall and gastroprotection
  • Neuroprotection and repair of the central nervous system in preclinical models

CJC-1295: Prolongation of the Growth Hormone Pulse

CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It binds covalently to endogenous albumin via a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) after injection. This extends its half-life to 6–8 days. This fundamentally distinguishes CJC-1295 from native GHRH, which has a half-life of only a few minutes.

Clinical research in healthy adults shows impressive results. After a single injection of CJC-1295, plasma GH concentrations increased dose-dependently by a factor of 2 to 10 for at least 6 days. Simultaneously, IGF-1 concentrations rose by a factor of 1.5 to 3 for 9 to 11 days. These are unique results for a GHRH analog.

Furthermore, pulsatile GH secretion was maintained following administration of CJC-1295. This is important because physiological GH pulsatility is essential for many of the biological effects of growth hormone. Pulsatility remained unchanged, while basal GH levels were significantly elevated. As a result, IGF-1 levels rose persistently without disrupting natural rhythms.

What Are Scientists Researching with CJC-1295?

  • Prolongation of the GH pulse window via long-term GHRH receptor stimulation
  • Dose-dependent increase of GH and IGF-1 in healthy adults
  • Maintenance of physiological pulsatile GH secretion patterns
  • Body composition — fat metabolism and lean mass production
  • IGF-1 signaling pathways and downstream anabolic effects at the tissue level

Ipamorelin: Selective GH Release without Cortisol Increase

Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide and selective growth hormone secretagogue (GHS). It acts as a ghrelin mimetic via the GHS-R1a receptor. Originally developed by Novo Nordisk, Ipamorelin distinguishes itself from all other GH secretagogues by its exceptional selectivity.

In the defining study, one result stood out strongly. While other GH secretagogues such as GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 caused significant increases in ACTH and cortisol, Ipamorelin did not. Cortisol and ACTH levels remained virtually identical to those following GHRH stimulation after Ipamorelin administration. This held true even at doses more than 200 times the ED50 for GH release. Furthermore, Ipamorelin did not affect FSH, LH, prolactin, or TSH.

This profile makes Ipamorelin scientifically particularly interesting. Because it selectively releases GH without activating other hormone axes, it provides researchers with a precise tool for studying GH effects isolated from cortisol interference. Therefore, Ipamorelin is standardly combined with CJC-1295 for a synergistic effect.

Furthermore, additional research shows that Ipamorelin supports bone formation and muscle mass. In a rat study, Ipamorelin significantly reversed the decrease in muscle strength and bone formation caused by glucocorticoids. This confirms the potential role of Ipamorelin in research regarding body composition and bone density.

What Are Scientists Researching with Ipamorelin?

  • Selective GH release via GHS-R1a without increase in ACTH or cortisol
  • Synergistic GH pulse effect in combination with CJC-1295
  • Bone density and periosteal bone formation in glucocorticoid models
  • Sleep architecture and nocturnal GH secretion patterns
  • Body composition — fat metabolism and lean mass in preclinical models

Why These Three Peptides Together Form the Ultimate Starter Kit

The synergy in the Ultimate Starter Kit works on two levels. First, BPC-157 and the GH stack complement each other in the recovery domain. BPC-157 accelerates local tissue repair via VEGF and nitric oxide. Simultaneously, CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin systemically increase IGF-1 levels — and IGF-1, in turn, promotes collagen synthesis and satellite cell activation. Thus, they work toward the same goal along two different biological pathways.

Second, CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin complement each other mechanistically. CJC-1295 expands the GH pulse window and keeps IGF-1 levels elevated. Ipamorelin then triggers a sharp, selective GH release within that window. Because they work via different receptors — GHRH receptor versus GHS-R1a — they enhance each other's effect without overlap. This creates a more than additive synergistic effect on GH secretion.

In short: no other beginner stack offers so much mechanistic diversity in one kit. That is why researchers who want to start broadly—with both recovery and growth hormone research—consistently choose the Ultimate Starter Kit as their entry protocol.

Frequently Asked Questions about the Ultimate Starter Kit

How does the Ultimate Starter Kit differ from the Wolverine Stack?

The Wolverine Stack combines exclusively BPC-157 and TB-500 — two repair peptides aimed at local and systemic tissue repair. The Ultimate Starter Kit adds CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin to this. As a result, it also covers growth hormone optimization, body composition, and sleep-related recovery. It is therefore broader in scope and suitable for researchers who wish to study multiple biological pathways simultaneously.

Why do CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin work better together than separately?

CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin activate different receptors. CJC-1295 stimulates the GHRH receptor and expands the GH pulse window. Ipamorelin activates the GHS-R1a receptor and triggers a sharp GH release within that window. Together, they produce a more than additive synergistic effect on GH secretion — greater than either peptide individually.

Are these peptides approved for human use?

No, none of the three peptides currently has approval from the FDA, EMA, or any other regulatory authority for therapeutic use in humans. BPC-157 has been classified by the FDA as a Category 2 substance. CJC-1295 reached Phase 2 trials but was discontinued. Ipamorelin never achieved full clinical registration. We offer this bundle exclusively for scientific laboratory research.
